About the Role

We’re seeking a Freelance Production Designer to support asset creation across channels on an as-needed basis. You’ll work under the direction of our In-House Creative Lead to extend approved creative concepts, adapt assets for different formats, and execute high-volume deliverables with speed and precision. This is an execution-focused role for someone who understands the nuances of performance marketing and e-commerce creative.

Responsibilities
  • Adapt existing creative concepts into multiple sizes, formats, and placements (especially for paid media, PDPs, and emails)
  • Produce static and simple motion assets across:
    • Meta/Google ads
    • Email & SMS campaigns
    • Website banners & PDPs
    • Amazon assets (A+ content, infographics)
    • Organic social (static and video frame design)
  • Apply brand guidelines consistently across all deliverables
  • Organize and prepare assets for handoff across internal and external teams
  • Execute revisions quickly and accurately
  • Maintain file hygiene and version control

Requirements

Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in a production design or digital asset creation role (DTC or agency experience preferred)
  • Expert in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign)
  • Experience with ecomm deliverables including paid ads, web, PDPs, and Amazon
  • Bonus: experience with After Effects or motion graphics
  • Strong eye for layout, color, and typography with the ability to follow established creative direction
  • Highly detail-oriented and organized
  • Ability to work quickly and flexibly with shifting priorities
  • Excellent communication and reliability in remote work settings
