The Processing Support Coordinator plays a vital role in executing diverse tasks for various teams and stakeholders across Flipp. They are trained across a broad spectrum of responsibilities, following established processes and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) provided by task stakeholders. This role involves diligently providing status updates, proactively addressing potential roadblocks, and troubleshooting issues within defined parameters. While primarily supporting the Content team to ensure content quality and accuracy, the Coordinator also contributes to various projects and initiatives that advance the strategic goals of multiple teams within Flipp.

What you'll get the opportunity to do:
  •  Process Management & Task Execution
    • Provide support to the Vendor Solutions team by triaging, problem-solving, and executing stakeholder tasks.
    • Manage and execute assigned components of the flyer pipeline, contributing to the efficient digitization process.
    • Resolve ambiguous processing and technical errors within the internal system.
    • Contribute to ad-hoc Flipp projects by executing assigned tasks, providing regular progress updates, and escalating potential issues.
    • Adhere to established processes for providing availability, following schedules, tracking time, and communicating any deviations or challenges.
  • Training & Documentation Maintenance: 
    • Attend scheduled training sessions to fulfill role requirements and expand skill sets.
    • Conduct training for fellow Processing Support Coordinators on proficient tasks, ensuring clear communication of SOPs, best practices, and expectations.
    • Provide constructive feedback to colleagues during training sessions, both as a trainer and trainee.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), independently updating documentation within scope and escalating necessary changes to relevant stakeholders.

  • Training & Documentation Maintenance:
    • Assist the Vendor Solutions team in implementing and executing various vendor programs.
    • Monitor vendor and stakeholder performance, throughput, and key performance indicators (KPIs), escalating and reporting findings to FLEX Management as needed.

  • Able to commit to 20-30 hours per week.
  • Aligned to a 6-month contract with intent for renewal.
  • Ability to complete work independently.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Resourceful and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment with multiple priorities.
