Qualifications:

Experience with complex HBP title in Texas and/or New Mexico is required, with additional experience in Wyoming preferred., Due diligence experience is necessary., Familiarity with Joint Operating Agreements (JOAs) and the differences between leasehold and wellbore only JOAs is essential., Proficiency in MS365 software applications and the ability to interpret and calculate working interest (WI) and net revenue interest (NRI) in leases and wells..

Key responsibilities:

Conduct due diligence and manage HBP title processes remotely.

Interpret and calculate working interest and net revenue interest from lease net acres and burdens.

Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to ensure accurate title assessments.

Work a standard 8-hour day while maintaining productivity in a remote environment.

Job description

Paramount is looking for remote, HBP title & Due Diligence landman.

Qualifications:

Must have experience with complex HBP title in Texas and or New Mexico. Additional experience in WY is preferred.

Due Diligence experience required

Familiarity with JOAs, specifically understanding the differences between leasehold and wellbore only JOAs.

Must have experience adding up wellbore working interest and more importantly wellbore net revenue interest from lease net acres and burdens in both Texas and New Mexico.

Must have experience with computers and MS365 software applications

Ability to interpret and calculate WI and NRI in leases and wells

Must be able to work 8 hours a day
