Job Title: Full Stack WordPress Web Developer
Employment Type: Part time
Work Schedule: Flexible Schedule during client business hours (Sydney Time)
Work Arrangement: 20 Hrs Weekly

About the Role:
We are seeking a practical, resourceful, and technically skilled Full Stack WordPress Web Developer to join our growing team. This is a hands-on role ideal for a self-starter who can take a project from concept to completion with minimal supervision. You’ll be responsible for building responsive, secure, and SEO-optimized WordPress websites—applying modern front-end best practices, managing implementation, and ensuring successful go-lives.

This position suits someone who’s confident working independently across multiple projects and comfortable jumping between development, basic design, hosting, and SEO responsibilities.

Responsibilities:
      •     Build and manage responsive WordPress websites from end to end (custom themes, plugins, etc.)
      •     Apply sound front-end dev practices (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Tailwind, etc.)
      •     Conduct basic graphic design and UI work as needed (e.g. using Figma or Adobe XD)
      •     Ensure performance, mobile optimisation, and security best practices
      •     Handle site SEO (on-page, technical, speed optimisations)
      •     Implement basic integrations (e.g. forms, CRM tools, analytics)
      •     Manage hosting environments (e.g. cPanel, file manager, backups)
      •     Take initiative and ownership from brief to live launch with minimal handholding

Requirements

      •     Strong WordPress development experience (not just site builders)
      •     Front-end web skills with attention to usability and clean design
      •     Some graphic design ability (can take a look and feel and apply it)
      •     Solid English communication skills
      •     Comfortable working remotely and independently
      •     Able to juggle several site builds at once if needed
