Role Name: Commercial Real Estate Appointment Setter

Schedule:

  • 25 hours/week, Monday to Friday 9am to 2pm Tustin, CA time
  • Schedule aligned with US Pacific Time Zone business hours

Job Description

As an Appointment Setter, you’ll play a crucial role in connecting businesses with optimal commercial spaces that meet their evolving needs. This position offers the unique opportunity to interact with C-level executives and business owners, helping them explore new possibilities for their commercial real estate requirements. You’ll be working with qualified leads and leveraging professional scripts to engage decision-makers in meaningful conversations about their space needs. This role combines the excitement of high-level business development with the structure of proven outreach processes.

Responsibilities
  • Execute strategic cold calling campaigns to business owners and C-suite executives using provided qualified lead lists
  • Develop effective approaches to navigate past gatekeepers and connect with key decision-makers
  • Craft and deliver compelling voicemail messages that generate callbacks
  • Conduct professional cold email campaigns following established templates and best practices
  • Handle common objections with confidence and maintain professional dialogue
  • Schedule qualified appointments for the broker with interested prospects
  • Maintain detailed records of all interactions in Salesforce CRM
  • Track and report on key performance metrics and campaign results
  • Follow up systematically with promising leads to nurture relationships
  • Support lease renewal and new location opportunities through targeted outreach
Requirements
  • Proven track record in B2B cold calling and appointment setting
  • Strong English communication skills 
  • Professional phone presence with confident, articulate communication style
  • Experience interacting with C-level executives and business decision-makers
  • Demonstrated ability to handle objections and maintain professional composure
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to work independently
  • Available during US Pacific Time Zone business hours
  • Minimum 1 year experience in sales development or appointment setting
  • Strong attention to detail and consistent follow-through
  • Results-oriented mindset with focus on achieving appointment targets
