Set appointments for the investor with qualified prospects
Accurately track call activity, lead status, and follow-ups
Meet performance metrics and KPIs
Turn cold leads into warm opportunities through consistent outreach
Experience in real estate cold calling or appointment setting
Excellent English communication and phone skills
Comfortable working Eastern Time zone hours
Proficient with VOIP systems
Strong attention to detail and record-keeping
Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently
