Title: IT Vendor Management Analyst Professional Services

Location: Austin, TX/Maplewood, MN

Duration: 12 Months++ (Possible Extension)

Skills / Qualifications:

Proven experience within the IT Professional Services IT Category supporting Contract development and managing a library of contracts, including renewal handling.
Strong contract interpretation and drafting / re-drafting ability.
Experience supporting a portfolio of Renewal Contracts and scheduling renewals with internal stakeholders in advance of term expiration.
Strong understanding of the different categories and types of Professional Services Agreements including Managed Capacity, Fixed SOW, Managed Services, Staff Augmentation and Consulting.
Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
Prefer 5-7 years of experience in IT Vendor Management, with the listed skillsets herein.
Excellent communications and interpersonal skills.
Ability to be successful in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to manage multiple projects and effort simultaneously.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experienced with Vendor Management software and contract lifecycle management tools, preferred.
Bachelor s degree in IT, Business Administration or a related field, preferred.
