🏦 About The Role

Join the Localyze Internal team and help us build a borderless world by creating an excellent employee experience! As a People Operations Associate, you'll play a vital role in supporting our Localitos through their entire journey, from welcoming new hires to ensuring smooth daily operations. You'll work closely with the Internal team to maintain seamless processes and contribute to a supportive and efficient environment for everyone at Localyze. We're looking for someone eager to learn, optimize, and grow with us.

Please note: This is a part-time junior role, and we are also open to hiring a working student in Germany.

💪 What You’ll Do

Overseeing all of our people operations, your responsibilities will include:

Be the first point of contact for Localitos' questions regarding company policies, benefits, payroll, and people procedures.
Manage all administrative tasks across the employee journey, including creating essential employment documents and keeping our HRIS (Hibob) accurate.
Oversee the onboarding and offboarding process for Localitos, ensuring a smooth employee experience.
Support payroll processing, HRIS data coordination, and reporting by collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders.
Continuously enhance the employee experience by maintaining and updating our documentation, guidelines, and handbooks for Localitos.
