DUTIES ON DECK

Creating engaging content for social media platforms (posts, stories, reels)
Planning, managing, and optimizing advertising campaigns for our partners
Handling community management: replying to messages and comments, engaging actively with users
Monitoring performance and analyzing data to increase reach and engagement
Writing travel-related articles and sharing interesting facts from the world of tourism

YOUR TREASURE OF EXPERIENCE

Excellent knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
Proficiency in creating visuals and videos using Canva and CapCut
Understanding of social media algorithms (IG, FB, TT) and how to use them effectively
Creativity, a sharp eye for design, and strong writing skills
Experience in planning and executing social media ad campaigns
Strong analytical skills and ability to draw conclusions from data
Native-level Polish and very good command of English
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

EXTRA KNOTS FOR

A passion for travel and solid knowledge of tourism trends
Previous experience in the travel industry
