Key Responsibilities
Conduct thorough online research to identify potential leads based on specific criteria (e.g., industry, company size, job title, location).
Collect and verify contact information, including names, job titles, company names, email addresses, and phone numbers, primarily through non-voice methods.
Utilize various online tools and platforms such as LinkedIn, company websites, and search engines to gather accurate data.
Maintain and update lead databases with precise and organized information.
Ensure data quality and consistency, identifying and resolving any discrepancies.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to understand lead requirements and optimize research strategies.
Requirements
Proven experience in online research, data entry, or a similar administrative role is a plus.
Strong proficiency in using internet search engines and professional networking sites (e.g., LinkedIn) for information gathering.
Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple research tasks efficiently.
Ability to work independently and maintain focus in a remote, non-voice environment.
Good written communication skills.
Basic understanding of lead generation concepts is beneficial.
