Job Description

Were seeking a skilled Appointment Setting & Lead Development Specialist to join our client’s virtual team. In this role, you’ll be instrumental in nurturing valuable leads and converting property owners into long-term clients. Working with state-of-the-art automated systems and digital tools, you’ll manage the entire lead qualification and appointment-setting process. This position offers the perfect blend of relationship building and technical expertise, allowing you to make a direct impact on business growth while working remotely with a progressive property management leader.

Responsibilities
  • Engage with and nurture qualified leads from multiple established lead sources
  • Execute strategic follow-up campaigns to warm up cold leads and drive conversions
  • Conduct professional phone consultations with property owners to understand their needs
  • Set and manage quality appointments for various service lines including property management, vacation rentals, and HOA services
  • Guide prospects through automated document signing processes using JotForm and other digital tools
  • Maintain detailed records of all prospect interactions and follow-up activities
  • Achieve monthly appointment setting and conversion targets
  • Collaborate virtually with the management team to optimize lead conversion strategies
Requirements
  • Excellent English communication skills with a professional phone presence
  • Proven track record in appointment setting, lead nurturing, or sales development
  • Experience with CRM systems and digital workflow tools
  • Strong ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships virtually
  • Detail-oriented with excellent follow-up and organizational skills
  • Property management or real estate industry experience is a plus
  • Reliable internet connection and quiet home office setup
  • Ability to work independently while following established processes
