Meta Ads Specialist (ZR_23443_JOB)

This is a remote position.

• 9:00 am to 4:00 am AEST, flexible time within business hours/ 3 hours per day/ 15 hours per week

• Creating and managing top-tier Meta ad campaigns (Facebook + Instagram)
  
• Scaling campaigns profitably with expert-level strategy
  
• Daily monitoring and optimisation to ensure peak performance
  
• Weekly reporting with insights that actually mean something
  
• Working alongside our creative team
  

Requirements

• Proven experience with Meta Ads (at an expert level)
  
• A strong track record of scaling ad spend and ROAS
  
• Strategic thinking and attention to detail
  
• Ability to communicate performance clearly and confidently
  
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and proactive
