Job description

Pay Range: $18.81 - $25.07

Provide administrative support, general officesupport including phone coverage.

Education and Experience:

  • Associate's degree and a minimum of two (2) years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience

Skills and Abilities:

  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as procedure manuals and technical procedures. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively with both internal and external contacts.
  • Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
  • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
  • Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
  • Must have existing knowledge of advanced Microsoft Office applications with the emphasis on Word, Access, and PowerPoint.

Tasks Performed:

  • 65% Answer the office main line phone calls that are transferred from the automated attendant. Operate phone system, maintain phone lists, general correspondence and documents. Coordinate scheduling of web meetings, conference rooms and conference calls. Maintain office supply inventories, including ordering and restocking of supplies. Monitor and coordinate equipment maintenance, including fleet of printers, copiers and mailroom equipment.
  • 15% Assist in the process to coordinate client conferences, on site visits and employee meetings. Provide independent management of all trade show activities. Coordinate hotel and travel arrangements.
  • 10% Print and assemble materials for client delivery i.e. Plan Documents. Scan any incoming documents for client statements, or workflow process.
  • 5% Distribute faxes, coordinate incoming and outgoing mail, including the tracking of postal expenses and preparing packages for shipping.
  • 5% Perform other duties as assigned.

  • Move Objects to Maximum 10 lbs
