Monday - Friday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM (EST)

Position Overview:

Were looking for a creative and community-savvy Social Media Manager to lead content strategy and execution across 3-4 key platforms. You'll play a hands-on role in creating content, engaging with followers, and analyzing performance to help drive awareness and community growth for a bold and boundary-pushing brand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and execute the social media calendar across primary platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Twitter/X).
  • Write, plan, and post engaging multimedia content (graphics, Reels, Stories, static posts).
  • Monitor and respond to DMs, comments, and customer messages with brand personality.
  • Engage with comments on paid ads across Meta and TikTok.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, influencers, and creative freelancers.
  • Stay current with social trends, memes, and pop culture moments, and activate them in smart, brand-relevant ways.
  • Track KPIs (engagement, reach, followers, CTR) and generate performance reports.
  • Run A/B tests on content formats, hooks, captions, and CTAs.
  • Use tools like Meta Business Manager, TikTok Creator Tools, Sprout/SocialPilot/Later, and GA4.


Qualifications:

  • 2-5 years managing brand social accounts.
  • Strong copywriting and visual communication skills.
  • Comfortable responding to followers and interacting in DMs or comment threads.
  • Confident in navigating social tools and performance metrics.
  • Familiarity with platform-specific tone, pacing, and best practices.
  • Ability to work within brand and compliance guidelines (especially important for cannabis and wellness industries).
  • Self-starting, flexible, and comfortable in a fast-paced, creative environment.


Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience in cannabis, wellness, or regulated industries.
  • UGC sourcing or influencer collaboration experience.
  • Basic skills in Canva or photo/video editing.
  • Experience in eCommerce or understanding of conversion-driven content.
  • Willingness to appear in short-form video content (Reels/TikTok).
