Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Location:
Remote (EST Time Zone)
Salary Range:
up to 2500 USD

Work Schedule:
Tuesday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM EST (Monday to Friday schedule may be considered for the right candidate)

Position Overview:

As a remote Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers across phone, email, and chat. You'll help schedule service appointments, answer questions about services and pricing, and follow up on open work orders and invoices. You'll also document all interactions clearly and provide solutions with a calm, customer-first attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

  • Fluent English communication skills (spoken and written).
  • Minimal accent preferred for phone clarity.
  • 1+ year of experience in a customer support or call center environment.
  • Friendly, confident phone manner with a service-oriented mindset.
  • Comfortable working independently with strong accountability.
  • Solid computer skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly.


Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience in HVAC, home services, or dispatch coordination.
  • Familiarity with CRMs, especially Service Titan.
  • Prior experience supporting U.S.-based customers.
