Marvel Recruiters, a Toronto-based recruitment firm with a heart for helping people find the right career fit, is on the lookout for a Social Media Intern whos creative, organized, and ready to turn ideas into scroll-stopping content.

What Youll Be Doing:

Create and schedule content specifically for LinkedIn (our main platform)
Design engaging graphics Canva preferred, but other tools welcome
Help us stay consistent with posting and grow our follower base
Craft compelling, professional, and fun captions that reflect our voice
Stay on top of LinkedIn trends or better yet, help us start some
Track performance, learn from insights, and suggest improvements
Collaborate with the team to brainstorm fresh ideas and content themes

Were Looking For Someone Who:

Is currently enrolled in or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field
Lives and breathes social media trends, platforms, and best practices
Can write punchy, professional, and fun captions
Has basic graphic design skills (Canva experience is a plus!)
Is self-motivated, detail-oriented, and full of ideas
Bonus if youve worked on a personal brand, student org, or small business socials
