Marvel Recruiters a Toronto-based recruitment firm on a mission to reduce graduate unemployment and build strong talent pipelines is looking for a Sales Enablement Intern to join our team this summer!
If youre curious about the sales process, love digging into research, and arent afraid to pick up the phone or polish a pitch this is your launchpad.
Research potential clients and uncover new business opportunities
Reach out to prospects via email and phone (dont worry, well guide you!)
Assist in preparing for client meetings and presentations
Keep our CRM squeaky clean and updated data is gold
Collaborate with the Account Executive on lead management and client follow-ups
Participate in sales meetings and get a front-row seat to real client interactions
Support proposal creation and relationship-building efforts
Must-Haves:
Currently enrolled in (or recently completed) a degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
Great communicator written, verbal, and everything in between
Proactive, organized, and comfortable juggling multiple tasks
Not afraid of outreach or learning through action
Nice-to-Haves:
Experience in sales, lead gen, or client relations
Familiar with CRM tools (we use Freshsales)
Bonus if youve ever worked in or around the recruitment industry
Hands-on experience in sales strategy and business development
Mentorship from a supportive, experienced team
Real exposure to client interactions, CRM management, and sales tools
Letter of recommendation at the end of your internship
Potential future opportunities based on performance
