This is a remote position.

Work Schedule: 20 hours a week
Monday - Friday, 10 AM - 2 PM Reno, NV time to start potential to transition full time

Job Description

Take ownership of a sophisticated lead verification and qualification process that powers our client’s sales success. In this remote position, you’ll be the crucial first point of contact, conducting strategic verification calls to ensure our sales team connects with the right decision-makers. Using state-of-the-art CRM and VOIP systems, you’ll execute a proven two-step qualification process that has demonstrated exceptional results in both technology and healthcare sectors. Responsibilities
  • Execute strategic verification calls to identify and confirm key decision-makers within target organizations
  • Professionally engage with contacts to verify roles, responsibilities, and contact information
  • Maintain detailed records of verification attempts and successful contacts in modern CRM systems
  • Generate daily reports highlighting verified contacts and qualification outcomes
  • Follow established scripts while maintaining natural conversation flow
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handoff of qualified leads
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of verification processes and scripts
  • Meet or exceed daily verification targets while maintaining high accuracy standards
Requirements
  • Excellent verbal communication skills with a professional phone presence

  • Previous experience in outbound calling, lead verification, or appointment setting preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
