Job Description

Take on an integral role in a dynamic transportation technology company as a Virtual Operator Admin. You’ll be at the heart of connecting customers with drivers through both a state-of-the-art digital platform and traditional booking channels. Responsibilities

Efficiently manage and dispatch incoming ride requests through our custom digital platform
Handle customer phone bookings with professional courtesy and attention to detail
Process new driver applications and manage driver onboarding within the system
Monitor ongoing bookings to ensure smooth service delivery
Coordinate real-time with drivers to optimize service efficiency
Maintain accurate booking records and administrative documentation
Provide exceptional customer service through both digital and traditional channels
Support the growth of our transportation network through effective coordination
