Job description

This is a remote position.

Schedule:
  • Monday - Friday,  4 hours per day (flexible during AEST business hours)
  • Timezone: Sydney AEST

Responsibilities
  • Make cold calls to potential clients
  • Follow up on leads
  • Promote IT services including managed services, professional services, cyber security, networks, Microsoft 365, website development, and graphics designing
  • Update customer database with call outcomes

Requirements
  • Proficient in spoken and written English
  • Experience with telemarketing or sales
  • Ability to use CRM software
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Adaptability to different sales scenarios
  • Time management abilities
  • Knowledge of IT services preferred
