Responsibilities
  • Real Estate CRM Management (Agent Locator) or similar CRM:
    • Enter open house leads and client details into the CRM system accurately and promptly.
    • Set up and optimize automated email sequences for lead nurturing and client engagement.
    • Tag follow-ups and ensure proper categorization of leads based on interest and activity level.
    • Conduct regular CRM clean-ups, removing outdated or duplicated contacts to maintain data integrity.
    • Monitor client interactions and follow-ups to enhance conversion opportunities.
  • Appointment Setting:
    • Schedule and confirm appointments with potential clients, buyers, and sellers.
    • Coordinate calls, meetings, and follow-ups to ensure timely client interactions.
    • Proactively generate leads through online platforms, social media, and networking tools.
    • Follow-ups via email or text for existing leads is fine
    • Maintain a well-organized database of new and existing leads for efficient tracking.
Qualifications
  • Experience working with Agent Locator or similar real estate CRM systems.
  • Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail in data entry and follow-ups.
  • Proficiency in email marketing tools and automated sequences.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) for client interactions.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently in a remote environment.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to lead generation and customer engagement.
