Mission:

In this role you will be responsible for providing sourcing support on positions within our Sales department. You'll work closely with our a Recruiter to help build and maintain strong top of funnel activity.

Outcomes:

Source: Reach out to a minimum of 100 sourced candidates per week to assigned roles.
Verify: Ensure candidates match key criteria outlined for assigned positions.
Submit: Present qualified candidates to Recruiter, to conduct additional screening interviews.

Requirements:

3+ years of experience sourcing sales and sales leadership candidates
Experience sourcing candidates in the United States
Strong ability to attract and sell passive candidates
Experience with Greenhouse is a plus
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English)
Strong organizational skills
Experience utilizing a variety of sourcing tools such as X-Ray search, LinkedIn, Facebook, Telegram, and job boards.
Ability to take coaching and feedback

*Compensation for this role is up to 1,000 Euros Gross per month, based on experience*
