We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Bookkeeper with extensive knowledge of Concur, working knowledge of NetBenefits, and proficiency with ADP payroll systems. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in a dynamic environment, manages time efficiently, and maintains a high level of accuracy and integrity in all financial functions.

what you’ll do:

Manage and reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
Oversee expense reporting and reimbursement processes using Concur, ensuring compliance with company policies.
Maintain accurate general ledger entries and assist with month-end and year-end closings.
Process payroll using ADP, ensuring accurate and timely payment and recordkeeping.
Coordinate with HR and manage employee benefit allocations through NetBenefits.
Prepare financial reports, statements, and summaries for internal stakeholders.
Support budgeting, forecasting, and audit preparation processes.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Handle internal and external financial inquiries with professionalism and confidentiality.

Required Qualifications:
Proven experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar accounting role.
Extensive knowledge of Concur expense management software.
Proficiency in ADP payroll systems.
Working knowledge of NetBenefits (Fidelity or similar platforms).
Strong skills in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and take initiative.
Strong sense of confidentiality and integrity.
Preferred Qualifications:
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Experience in a fast-paced, growing company or startup environment.

Salary Range: $20-$28/hour depending on experience
