Job description

This is a remote position.


Schedule: Monday-Friday 9am-1pm PST, 4 hours per day, 20 hours per week

About the Role

We are seeking a Customer Care Associate who is passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences. In this role, you will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, assisting with subscription management, and offering tailored recommendations to enhance their experience with the company. You will also handle occasional administrative tasks as needed.

Key Responsibilities

● Respond promptly and professionally to customer emails and inquiries, providing clear and effective solutions.
● Assist customers with managing their subscriptions, including modifications, cancelations, and renewals.
● Offer personalized recommendations to help customers maximize their use of our products and achieve their personal goals.
● Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, updating customer information, and other support functions as required.
● Collaborate with the team to identify recurring issues and suggest improvements to enhance the overall customer experience.
● Stay informed about product updates, promotions, and company policies to provide accurate and relevant information.
