Job description

This is a remote position.

Job Highlights: 

Contract: Independent Contractor
Schedule: 
Monday to Friday, 10AM to 7PM BST (1 Hour Unpaid Break) 8 hours/Day - 40 Hours per Week

Responsibilities:
- Attendance Management: 
Utilize TutorCruncher software to ensure accurate and up-to-date student attendance records.

- Billing and Invoicing:
Generate credit requests and invoices efficiently using TutorCruncher.
Proactively chase payments to maintain financial integrity.

- Class Scheduling and Timetabling:
Independently manage class schedules and timetables using TutorCruncher.
Handle cancelations and rescheduling with attention to detail.

- Communication Expert:
Engage in parent correspondence via email, WhatsApp, and occasional phone calls.
Maintain effective communication with tutors and teachers through WhatsApp and email.

- Cancellation Management:
Handle the cancellation process with efficiency and professionalism.

- Meeting Facilitation:
Take thorough notes during meetings, ensuring comprehensive documentation.

- Staff Recruitment:
Utilize the LinkedIn recruiter platform to actively search for potential teaching staff.
Play a key role in the recruitment process, demonstrating initiative.

- Reporting Mastery:
Collate lesson reports and use our custom ChatGPT tool to generate insightful monthly reports.

- Personal Assistant Excellence:
Provide seamless support with personal schedule management for company executives.

- Financial Forecasting:
Independently input financial data into spreadsheets to contribute to business forecasting.
Create basic Excel spreadsheets to support various operational needs.

Requirements
  • Proven experience in administrative roles, demonstrating independence and initiative.
  • Proficiency in TutorCruncher software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
