Responsibilities:
Manage QuickBooks operations and financial data entry
Reconcile the financial and vendor accounts with Quickbooks
Handle general bookkeeping duties
Process financial transactions and maintain accurate records
Support overall financial operations
Create and complete weekly and monthly reports by entering data form various software we use
Monthly P&L and other financial statements
Coordinate with management on financial reporting needs
Requirements
Experience with QuickBooks Online
Ability to work with Excel and Google Sheets
Strong English communication skills
Proven bookkeeping experience
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Comfortable with virtual computer environment and security protocols
