Job description

This is a remote position.

Schedule: Flexible hours, Houston, TX time
Total Weekly Hours: 20 Hours

Client Overview

Join a growing real estate team focused on helping clients in situations like expired listings, distressed properties, and divorces. You'll play a key role in lead generation and appointment setting, using provided tools and data. Make high-volume outbound calls (100+ per day), manage leads, and schedule appointments for the real estate team. You’ll use calling tools and follow all compliance rules while keeping detailed records of each interaction.


Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to leads in various real estate situations

  • Leave voicemails and send follow-up texts

  • Track communication and lead status in spreadsheets

  • Qualify leads and book appointments

  • Manage and update lead lists

  • Keep organized records and follow procedures for skip-traced data


Requirements

  • Strong phone and communication skills

  • Outbound calling or appointment-setting experience

  • Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets

  • Able to handle high call volumes accurately

  • Basic real estate knowledge

  • Professional phone manner and fluent English

  • Comfortable using dialers and digital tools
