Job Description

Step into a vital role coordinating service operations for a busy commercial HVAC team in the heart of New York City. Using modern dispatch systems and communication tools, you’ll be the essential link between customers and field technicians. This position offers the perfect blend of customer service, technical coordination, and team collaboration, all while working remotely with a supportive management structure.



Responsibilities
  • Manage incoming service requests and customer communications professionally
  • Coordinate and optimize technician schedules for maximum efficiency
  • Utilize modern CRM system to track and manage service operations
  • Handle multi-channel communications through RingCentral platform
  • Maintain detailed service records and documentation
  • Ensure smooth coordination between customers and field technicians
  • Prioritize and dispatch emergency service calls effectively

Requirements
  • Previous experience handling U.S. customer communications
  • Strong phone presence and professional communication skills
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and dispatch software
  • Experience with RingCentral or similar communication platforms
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
  • Excellence in remote work environment management
  • Availability during Eastern Time business hours
  • Reliable internet connection and home office setup
