About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior Technical Sourcer (Contract) to lead top-of-funnel efforts for a wide range of critical engineering roles, including software, hardware, and robotics. This is a 6-month contract with the potential for extension. You’ll partner closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and technical leaders to strategically engage world-class talent in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

About the Work

Own sourcing for technical roles across robotics, hardware, and software engineering
Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to define role requirements, calibrate profiles, and develop effective sourcing strategies
Identify and engage passive candidates through creative sourcing techniques (LinkedIn, GitHub, events, referrals, etc.)
Craft personalized outreach to drive engagement and improve response rates
Track candidate activity and pipeline progress using our ATS
Share talent market insights, trends, and competitive intelligence
Contribute to sourcing best practices, reporting, and continuous process improvements

About You

3+ years of technical sourcing experience, ideally in a fast-paced or high-growth tech environment
Strong sourcing skills across software and hardware domains
Proven ability to identify and engage top passive talent for highly specialized roles
Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
Experience with leadership sourcing would be a plus
Familiarity with robotics, deep tech, or autonomy recruiting is a bonus
