Contract Length: 2 months + possible extension

Position Overview:

The Senior Business Analyst will collaborate with stakeholders and development teams to analyze business needs, support requirements gathering, and ensure successful project delivery. Responsibilities include evaluating existing efforts, coordinating user stories, developing test scripts, and serving as a liaison to resolve issues and support implementation.

Duties:

Conduct comprehensive, independent evaluations of current initiatives.
Elicit, prioritize, validate, and document business and system requirements.
Coordinate and manage open user stories and work items.
Develop and maintain test plans, test scripts, and test cases.
Support and coordinate system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and accessibility conformance testing.
Identify, track, and report system defects and issues.
Provide guidance and act as a liaison between development teams and stakeholders to resolve project-related issues.
Triage production issues and collaborate with development teams and end users to ensure resolution.
Attend stakeholder sessions to gather requirements and coordinate deliverable submission and approval.
Support training delivery and Go-Live activities for system releases.
Communicate implementation schedule changes and update related documentation.
Compile Implementation Outcome Reports, including session notes, required documentation updates, and Go-Live planning recommendations.
