Role Name: Administrative Assistant – CRM Specialist
Part-time: 10 hours per week
Monday – Friday: 2 hours a day (work any time during U.S. EST business hours)
We’re a fast-growing tech company that helps businesses win with data. To keep our customer data sharp, we need a detail-obsessed assistant who can keep our CRM (Salesforce) clean and up to date while hunting for fresh contacts and accounts in ZoomInfo.
You will own the day-to-day health of our Salesforce database. Using Salesforce and ZoomInfo, you’ll clean existing records, add new decision-makers, and discover new target companies. Your work makes our sales and marketing teams faster and smarter.
Clean Data
Fix duplicates, fill in missing fields, and standardize Accounts & Contacts already in Salesforce.
Enrich Contacts
Use ZoomInfo to find new contacts for those Accounts and add them to Salesforce.
Add New Accounts
Research ZoomInfo and the web to uncover net-new target companies and load them into Salesforce with complete firmographic info.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce administration.
Proven ZoomInfo sourcing skills.
Excellent English (written & spoken).
Eagle-eye attention to detail and data accuracy.
Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet home workspace.
Ability to work independently, hit deadlines, and keep information confidential.
