Scope:
Focus on outbound calling to B2B prospects
Initially targeting SaaS companies for agency client acquisition
Later expanding to various industries based on client needs
Performance-based bonus structure available for meeting setting targets
Remote position with full integration into client's systems and processes
Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound cold calling campaigns using provided contact lists and scripts
Set qualified sales meetings between prospects and designated stakeholders
Book meetings initially for the agency and later transition to booking for clients
Update and maintain accurate records in CRM systems (Apollo/HubSpot)
Communicate regularly with internal team members regarding campaign progress
Follow up and coordinate with prospects to confirm scheduled meetings
Handle basic administrative tasks related to appointment setting
Requirements:
3-4+ years of experience in B2B sales, specifically selling into the US market
Strong English communication skills with clear pronunciation
Proven track record in cold calling and appointment setting
Experience with CRM systems and sales technology tools
Ability to work US business hours
Self-motivated with strong time management skills
Professional phone presence and ability to follow scripts while maintaining natural conversation
