Job description

This is a remote position.

Schedule:
  • Mondays to Fridays, 10:00 am to 2:00 pm, Woodland Hills, CA, USA, Pacific Time

Scope:

  • Performance-based structure with base pay plus appointment bonuses
  • Initial focus on warm leads with potential expansion to cold calling
  • Direct reporting to client management team
  • Utilization of client-provided software and calling systems


Responsibilities:

  • Contact and engage with warm leads from previous appointments
  • Present services professionally while maintaining a different business identity
  • Qualify prospects for home improvement services
  • Collect necessary information (address, timing, appointment details)
  • Schedule appointments between qualified leads and sales representatives
  • Track and maintain accurate records of call outcomes
  • Meet weekly performance metrics and appointment setting targets


Requirements
  • Excellent English communication skills with neutral or minimal accent
  • Previous appointment setting or telemarketing experience
  • Strong phone presence and professional demeanor
  • Ability to follow scripts while maintaining natural conversation flow
  • Basic computer proficiency
