Strong English communication skills

Min 5 years proven experience in similar roles for an international business

Experience in Microsoft suite including Excel, PPT and Word

Core responsibilities:

Administrative support

Undertake appointment scheduling for client’s executive team

Perform executive travel and accommodation bookings and itinerary management.

Perform research projects / lead generation

Data entry

Basic bookkeeping as instructed

Social media posting and basic marketing activities as instructed
