Job Requirements:

  • E-commerce Experience: 2.5-5 years of experience in e-commerce, with a strong background in online store management, especially on Shopify. 
  • Product Research Skills: Proven ability to conduct product research, identify trends, and select items that resonate with the target market. 
  • Shopify Proficiency: Solid experience with Shopify, including product uploads, store layout adjustments, and order management.
  • Advertising & Content Creation: Skilled in creating visually appealing ads, promotions, and product descriptions that drive engagement and sales.
  • Sales and Conversion Focused: Strong understanding of digital sales strategies and customer engagement techniques to maximize online conversions. 
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and adapt to changing project demands while maintaining attention to detail.

Core responsibilities:

  • Product Research & Selection: Conduct in-depth product research to identify high-demand items, optimizing for sales potential and relevance to the brand's target audience. 
  • Shopify Store Management: Regularly update and manage the Shopify store, including adding new products, maintaining product descriptions, and ensuring the store layout is visually appealing and user-friendly. 
  • Advertising & Promotions: Create and design attractive ads and promotional content to drive traffic and conversions, utilizing graphics and messaging that align with brand goals.
  • Sales & Lead Generation: Implement strategies to boost online sales, including data-driven adjustments to product offerings, customer engagement tactics, and targeted sales initiatives. 
  • Website Optimization: Monitor and analyze store performance, making continuous improvements to site navigation, user experience, and conversion rate optimization.
  • Collaboration & Idea Generation: Work closely with the owner to brainstorm and execute new ideas, providing insights on product trends and market demands to support growth.
