Job description

This is a remote position.

Part-time (20 hours a week)
Mon - Fri 12 PM - 4 pm EST


Responsibilities

  • Create and manage social media content across platforms (Instagram, TikTok)
  • Edit video content from job site walk-throughs
  • Design marketing materials including one-pagers and presentation documents
  • Customize and edit PDF templates, including referral program materials
  • Create engaging captions and optimize hashtag usage
  • Manage community engagement across platforms
  • Schedule and maintain consistent posting cadence
  • Showcase project portfolios through various digital channels
  • Support email marketing initiatives
  • Create and edit basic graphics for social media and marketing materials

Scope

  • Part-time position (20 hours per week, 4 hours per day)
  • Direct reporting to business owner
  • Manage company’s complete social media presence
  • Handle all marketing material creation and customization
  • Responsible for community management across platforms
  • Work with existing content and create new content strategies


Requirements

  • Proven experience in social media management and marketing
  • Experience working with Renovations, Construction related businesses a big plus (send portfolio)
  • Strong video editing skills for short-form content (reels, TikTok)
  • Proficiency in basic graphic design and PDF editing
  • Excellence in written communication and content creation
  • Understanding of social media best practices and trends
  • Experience with email marketing
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Strong attention to detail and creative eye
  • Experience with luxury or high-end brand marketing preferred
