Job Description

We’re seeking a skilled Business Development Representative to join our dynamic team in connecting innovative marketing solutions with ambitious law firms across the United States. In this role, you’ll be the crucial first point of contact, identifying and engaging with potential law firm clients who can benefit from our proven marketing strategies. You’ll work with sophisticated marketing technology while developing meaningful relationships with legal professionals. This position offers the perfect blend of strategic outreach, relationship building, and business development, with the opportunity to directly impact company growth while earning performance-based incentives.

Responsibilities
  • Execute strategic outbound calling campaigns to connect with potential law firm clients
  • Qualify prospects and schedule discovery calls with decision-makers in the legal industry
  • Maintain detailed records and manage pipeline progression within our Go High Level CRM
  • Contribute insights and suggestions for improving our outreach processes and conversion rates
  • Coordinate seamlessly with the sales team to ensure smooth transition from initial contact through strategy calls
  • Track and report on key performance metrics while maintaining high-quality documentation
  • Participate in regular team meetings to share insights and best practices
  • Help optimize and refine outreach strategies based on real-time feedback and results

Requirements
  • 3-5 years of proven experience in B2B sales, appointment setting, or business development
  • Exceptional phone presence and professional communication skills in English
  • Demonstrated success in reaching and engaging with business decision-makers
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, particularly Go High Level
  • Experience with VoIP phone systems and virtual communication tools
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Self-motivated with excellent time management capabilities
  • Professional demeanor and ability to engage effectively with legal professionals
  • Results-oriented mindset with focus on achieving and exceeding targets
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Comfortable with performance-based compensation structure
  • Available to work Monday through Friday, 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM Eastern Time
