Job description

Job Title: HRSD ServiceNow Functional Consultant

Location: Remote

Type: Contract - 2 or 3 months only

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with HR business stakeholders and BSA to refine functional requirements for the ServiceNow HRSD platform.
Own the configuration and enhancement of ServiceNow Case and Knowledge Management, Lifecycle Events, and Employee Center modules.
Design and implement scalable, secure HR workflows aligned with global HR operations and compliance standards.
Support agile sprint planning and configuration delivery in close coordination with developers and testers.
Conduct functional testing and support UAT; ensure system meets defined acceptance criteria.
Recommend and implement best practices for HR case handling, knowledge deflection, and employee self-service.
Provide functional documentation, configuration guides, and end-user training materials.
Ensure smooth ServiceNow integrations with core HR systems such as Workday or SAP SuccessFactors

Required Skills & Experience:

6+ years of experience with ServiceNow, with 3+ years specifically focused on HR Service Delivery (HRSD).
Strong expertise in HR Case and Knowledge Management, Lifecycle Events, and Employee Center.
Proven experience configuring ServiceNow HRSD modules (without relying on developers for basic functional changes).
Good understanding of global HR processes, employee lifecycle, and HR compliance standards.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery models.
Exceptional communication skills to work with international HR teams and project stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

ServiceNow HRSD Implementation Specialist Certification
Hands-on experience integrating ServiceNow with Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or other HRIS platforms.
Familiarity with UN, NGO, or government agency compliance requirements (e.g., IAEA security standards).
Exposure to localization and internationalization requirements in HR systems.
