Job description

Data Modeler

Location: Sacramento, CA.

Duration: 2 years.

Minimum Mandatory Qualifications

A minimum of three (3) years of experience designing and implementing data modeling solutions.
A minimum of three (3) years of experience in the evaluation of existing data systems.
A minimum of three (3) years of experience in creating a golden record model.
4 A minimum of three (3) years of experience working with a project delivery team to define risks and tradeoffs related to different data modeling design choices and to help the organization make informed decisions.
5 A minimum of one (1) year of experience in database modeling design.
6 A minimum of one (1) year of experience working on a largescale modernization project involving data conversion and data migration projects over $50 million in budget.
7 A minimum of one (1) year of experience to assess business requirements and transform them into data models.
8 A minimum of one (1) year of experience working in cross functional teams, collaborating with business analysts, software developers, and data engineers to deliver comprehensive data solutions.
9 A minimum of two (2) years of experience in writing complex queries and scripts, and experience with querying relational databases to extract, manipulate, and analyze data in Snowflake
10 A minimum of three (3) years of experience in database design. proficient in principles, including normalization, denormalization, and the creation of entity relationship (ER) diagrams using tools like Erwin data modeler.
11 Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, math or a technology related field. Additional qualifying experience may be substituted for the required education on a year-for-year basis.
