About the role

Are you an experienced sales professional passionate about making a difference in the world of education? The Albert group are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team selling to US Districts and Schools.

You will focus the majority of your time with the Strawbees brand in our core US market. Strawbees is a globally recognized STEAM education company, offering innovative learning solutions to empower students and educators in hands-on creative exploration. We emphasize learning by doing through robotics, programming, and building tools that make education fun and engaging. With award-winning products and an ever-growing global market, this is your opportunity to join a company poised for success.


Working as part of the broader RevOps team, which includes Marketing, Sales, Support and Customer Success, you’ll be growing the awareness and recognition of the Strawbees brand within US schools and districts to help drive company growth objectives.


What You Will Do as School Partnership Manager:

  • Territory Management: Develop and execute strategies to grow Strawbees' market presence within your assigned territory, focusing on school districts in the US.
  • Pipeline Management: Identify and prospect key decision-makers, creating a robust sales pipeline through proactive outreach.
  • Sales Ownership: Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing, ensuring achievement of ambitious sales targets.
  • Team Collaboration: Share insights and success stories to enhance team effectiveness and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
  • Event Representation: Represent Strawbees at trade shows, conferences, and events to build relationships and increase brand visibility.


Skills & Requirements

  • Experienced Sales Professional: You bring 3+ years of proven success in sales, ideally within the edtech industry, with a consistent record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Edtech Expertise: Understanding of the education market, especially in the US, including familiarity with school district purchasing processes.
  • Effective Communicator: You excel at translating customer needs into compelling business value, inspiring and educating stakeholders.
  • Goal-Oriented and Self-Motivated: You thrive on achieving results and excel in environments where you take ownership of your time and priorities.
  • Entrepreneurial Mindset: You view challenges as opportunities and enjoy contributing to the development of processes and strategies.
  • Team Player: While confident working independently, you value collaboration and the chance to be part of a dynamic, growing team.
  • Fluent in English: Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for engaging with international markets.
