The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in project management within consulting or IT services environments, with a strong track record in full lifecycle ERP projects and delivery management. Key Responsibilities:

" Lead and manage full lifecycle ERP projects, including implementation, rollouts, and managed services.

" Oversee project delivery and ensure alignment with client expectations and business objectives.

" Engage with client leadership to understand business needs and propose appropriate solutions.

" Manage multiple client accounts, ensuring high-level interaction and satisfaction.

" Lead managed services projects, providing strategic direction and oversight.

" Drive transition management, ensuring seamless changes and adaptations.

" Manage the release process with strong release management skills.

" Deliver issue resolutions promptly, adhering to established SLAs and KPIs.

" Guide the team in understanding enterprise structures and Oracle Financials/SCM modules integration.

" Utilize strong communication, presentation, and analytical skills to solve complex problems.

" Lead and manage a team of 50+ professionals, fostering a collaborative and high performing environment.

" Coach team members on client expectations and professional development.

Qualifications
