We are looking for 18 – 24 year-old mystery shopper undercover agents to conduct ID Compliance Checks, noting whether you are asked for ID. This work involves posing as a customer whilst making detailed observations, then completing a survey about the experience.
ID Compliance Checks take 15 minutes to complete. They are available all over Australia, including metro and regional locations.
The ideal undercover agent has an eye for detail, a good memory, is reliable and has a smart phone.
Tasks are offered via the Field Agent app. You get to choose what tasks you complete.
