This fast-growing DTC company has doubled its revenue every year since 2021, and is now looking for a creative, user-obsessed UI Web Designer to help us elevate our brand’s digital experience across the globe. Are you the right person for the challenge?

Now, we’re scaling to €75M in 2025 and 9 figures in 2026—and we need a top-tier UI Web Designer to help get us there.

ABOUT THE ROLE


We’re looking for a part-time UI Web Designer to create sleek, user-friendly interfaces that bring our brand to life online. In this role, you’ll design engaging landing pages, product experiences, and branded visuals that appeal to parents worldwide—all while balancing fun, functionality, and growth performance.


If you have a sharp design eye, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and want to shape the digital face of a high-growth brand, we want you on our team.


This is a part-time role (10–20 hours/week) with flexible hours and potential to grow into full-time as we scale.


QUALIFICATIONS


  • 3+ years of experience designing responsive websites or web apps
  • Strong portfolio showcasing UI web design work (preferably eCommerce or DTC)
  • Proficient in Figma (or similar tools like Adobe XD or Sketch)
  • Solid understanding of UX best practices, responsive design, and accessibility
  • Ability to bring design concepts to life in collaboration with developers and marketers
  • Excellent attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills
  • Bonus: Experience designing for kids’ brands or familiarity with front-end development


RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Design intuitive, mobile-optimized web pages and experiences that reflect our playful, premium brand
  • Translate briefs into wireframes, mockups, and final UI designs
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with developers, marketers, and product managers
  • Improve the user journey and ensure consistency in visual identity across all touchpoints
  • Iterate quickly based on feedback and performance data
  • Help build and maintain a scalable design system

SALARY


This is a freelance role. Compensation is $6 per hour, with a workload of 10 to 20 hours per week.
