People More has been in existence for over three years and is an offshoot of one of the country's oldest interactive agencies - Insignia. The company is made up of people with a huge client base in the country and abroad, for whom we build projects from scratch (UX, UI, frontend, backend, mobile) or in part. We work directly for our clients and also support our partners in their own solutions. This ensures a wide range of projects and the ability to change! We work with clients all over the world.

For the project that we are working on with our foreign partner, we are looking for Software Developer (Delphi) / Freelance.

Your Duties Will Include

Participation in a project for a client in the insurance industry, infrastructure upgrade
Documentation analysis (Borland Delphi 5 and Oracle PL/SQL, with planned migration to Java/C#).
Identification of dependencies and risk assessment
Support in communication with the client to gather relevant information to understand business logic and constraints.
Assist in the preparation of effort and cost estimates for upgrade work.
Coordinate with the local technical team provided by the client
Further support for the project

Requirements That Must Be Met

Strong experience with Borland Delphi (v5)
Solid knowledge of Oracle PL/SQL
Demonstrated ability to excel in a global matrix organization
Strong leadership skills
Very good English and Polish

Nice To Have

Experience with Java and/or C#
Involvement in legacy-to-modern tech migrations
Experience in systems analysis
