1. 5+yrs Application Maintenance & Development

2. 3-5+yrs development experience in one of the following programming languages: CA Gen / AllFusion Gen / Cool:Gen

Responsibilities:

Role Description:Responsibilities: As a Compass21 Application developer you will be responsible for analysis, design, code, and testing of multiple components of application code for multiple Texas Medicaid systems using CASE tools (CA Gen / AllFusion Gen / Cool:Gen). You will be involved in maintenance, enhancement and/or development work of modules and those that interface with other applications. You will also

• Combine technical skills with knowledge Texas Medicaid systems and business processes to develop effective solutions• Sets direction for solutions and development plans as they impact the application• Interact with client and maintain client relationships

• Experience with application maintenance and/or development• Experience with CASE tools (CA Gen, AllFusion Gen, or Cool:Gen), technical platforms (HP Nonstop aka NSK, Tandem

Required Skills:

• 3-5+ years of experience in application maintenance and/or development

• 3-5+ years of development experience in one of the following programming languages: CA Gen / AllFusion Gen / Cool:Gen

• 3-5+ years of experience with SQL

• 3-5+ years of experience with Medicaid

• 3-5+ years of experience with specific technical platforms including HP NonStop (aka NSK,

Tandem)

• 3-5+ years of experience maintaining customer relationships

• Good communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills

• Good organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills

• Good customer service skills
