About the Role

You will be part of the Digital Enablement Team, which manages both the maintenance and enhancement of digital assets at Hollard, including Digital Portals, API integration, Front-End Retail websites, and Customer Correspondence. While the team oversees a wide range of assets, this developer role will primarily focus on Customer Correspondence, specifically using the EngageOne platform that Hollard employs for this purpose. In addition to resolving BAU production tickets and addressing any issues that arise, you will also work on template enhancements requested by the business to continuously improve the customer correspondence experience.


The key focus areas will be:


  • Design, develop, and maintain EngageOne templates for Policy and Claims correspondence.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure templates meet business needs.
  • Conduct thorough testing of EngageOne templates to ensure correct rendering, performing quality checks to guarantee error-free templates with precise data mapping and formatting (before passing onto QA).
  • Regularly perform system health checks to ensure the EngageOne platform operates efficiently without disruptions and proactively troubleshoot and resolve issues related to system performance or data integration.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of all template designs, changes, and system health check processes, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and data protection requirements.


About You

  • Demonstrated experience in enterprise level support of Engageone Designer, Server, Deliver, and Vault functionalities or Similar CCM Product features.
  • Must have advanced Skills in managing system interdependencies for smooth integration.
  • Knowledgeable in server operating systems and networking basics.
  • Clear communication of customer needs into actionable IT requirements
  • Advanced problem-solving skills in diagnosing and resolving technical issues
  • Familiarity with incident, problem, and change management processes.
  • Basic scripting skills in Python for automation and analysis.
