Today, we are looking for a Financial Controller & ERP Administrator to join a fast-growing company located in Aalst, Ghent, Beveren, and Ninove.

About The Role

As a Financial Controller (with ERP administrator responsibilities), you will optimize financial processes and ERP systems. You will ensure efficient accounting, support IT-related activities, and deliver data-driven reporting.

Salary: €5,000 – €6,000 gross per month

Your Responsibilities

Prepare and monitor budgets; create and manage financial reports and analyze financial data.
Handle monthly and annual closings to ensure accuracy and quickly identify discrepancies.
Optimize the Odoo ERP system to streamline operations.
Organize training sessions for end-users, especially when new features or updates in Odoo are implemented.
Lead a bookkeeping staff member and ensure smooth, accurate financial administration.
Maintain communication with the external accounting firm and oversee financial process integrity.
Purchasing team leadership: Manage two employees responsible for procurement and master data management, combining financial, operational, and strategic responsibilities.
BackOffice supervision: Oversee two staff members handling order processing and pricing matrix management, ensuring efficient workflows.
Prepare financial reports and present key data at board level, including ERP system oversight.
Supervise the potential (partial) transfer of Intrento’s accounting tasks from the Finance Director to the company’s bookkeeper.

Your Profile

Creative and analytical, with a strong passion for problem-solving.
Experience in implementing a new ERP System.
Excellent communication skills, able to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical teams.
Hands-on and IT-minded, willing to take initiative.
Solid knowledge of accounting and financial reporting.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree is a plus.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
Fluent in Dutch and English; French is a plus.
