Online Business Manager (OBM) - Part-Time (20 hrs/week)
Salary: 1000 AUD/month (paid bimonthly)
Location: Remote (Must work within AWST time zone)
Hours: 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday between 8am-5pm AWST, with occasional weekend availability for project launches or special events

We are a growing business with great systems and a strong lead flow—but we’re seeking a strategic, detail-oriented Online Business Manager (OBM) to help us bridge the gap between leads and conversions. Our team is time-poor and focused on high-level strategy, so we need someone who thrives in execution, takes initiative, and can manage both the operations and the tech backend with confidence.
You’ll play a critical role in ensuring our daily operations run smoothly, our team stays on track, and our directors can remain focused on big-picture growth. This is a high-responsibility role requiring someone who brings both structure and creativity to the table.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day team operations and ensure timely task execution
Take ownership of project management and prompt directors as needed
Track and follow up on all tasks and deliverables using our project management system
Create and maintain SOPs for recurring processes
Coordinate client communication and manage inbox correspondence
Organise calendars, schedule meetings, and plan retreat logistics
Manage and edit podcast episodes, including show notes and scheduling
Upload Zoom calls and lesson content to Skool
Oversee client memberships, payments, and manage discount codes
Engage on social media and manage email sequences in ActiveCampaign/ConvertKit
Troubleshoot tech issues and manage tools such as Squarespace, ManyChat, Thrivecart, and Airtable
Provide data analysis support—particularly through Excel—with a keen eye for improving reporting and insights
Support copywriting and basic graphic design tasks
Maintain open and timely communication, especially around project delays
Qualifications

Self-starter who takes full ownership of their role without needing follow-ups
Proven experience in team and project management
Comfortable analysing and interpreting business data to support strategy
Skilled in copywriting, basic graphic design, and video editing
Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new tools and platforms
