We Are Looking For

We’re looking for a results-driven, detail-obsessed SEO & Content Specialist to help set up and manage SEO foundations across multiple projects. You’ll work closely with our content and web teams to ensure every word, page, and post is optimized for visibility and performance. From keyword research to on-page optimization and blog content creation, you’ll be the go-to person for all things organic search—especially for brands in the e-commerce, accounting, and Amazon space.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform SEO Audits & Optimization: Evaluate websites to identify SEO gaps and implement on-page improvements (meta tags, headers, image alt text, internal linking).
• Lead Keyword & Competitor Research: Use SEO tools to uncover keyword opportunities and analyze competitors to inform strategy.
• Create & Optimize Content: Write and refine SEO-driven blog posts, landing pages, and repurposed content aligned with brand tone and search intent.
• Ensure Content Compliance: Collaborate with writers to maintain SEO standards, perform QA, and manage publishing through platforms like WordPress or Shopify.
• Track Performance & Report Insights: Monitor tools like Google Analytics and Search Console to analyze traffic, rankings, and content performance.
• Develop SOPs & Educate Teams: Create SEO checklists, share best practices, and support team training to improve SEO execution.
• Drive Continuous Improvement: Identify content gaps, pitch strategic ideas, and adapt based on performance data and search trends.
  
  

Am I qualified for the position?

Here are some general guidelines of what we’re looking for:

• 2+ years in an SEO content-focused role.
• Proven experience writing SEO content (blogs, landing pages, product pages).
• Strong grasp of on-page SEO, keyword strategy, and content optimization.
• Familiarity with CMS platforms like WordPress, Webflow, or Shopify.
• Experience using SEO tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, Ubersuggest, Surfer SEO, and Google Search Console.
• Comfortable leveraging AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, Frase) to support research, ideation, and content creation—without sacrificing originality or quality.
• Up to date with Google algorithm changes, SEO trends, and content performance best practices.
• Excellent writing/editing skills and ability to match different brand tones.
• Bonus: Experience working in e-commerce, accounting, or Amazon-related industries.
  
  

What’s the pay?

The compensation starts at Php 16,000 - Php 26,000 and is commensurate and negotiable based on experience.

Work Hours

Monday to Friday: Must be available to work from Fixed (9AM - 1PM EST), 20 hours a week.
