Freelance Senior Technical Recruiter

We're currently looking for Freelancer- Senior Technical Recruiter to help us attract and secure the very best candidates across Europe (Germany, Poland, Netherlands, Switzerland)

What You'll Do:

• Search & selection high-profile technical roles with a strong focus on AI, ML, Data, Cloud, Software Engineering but also sales and presales role.
• Partner with recruitment owners to understand project needs, talent gaps, and timelines.
• Proactively source and engage top talent across Europe using your extensive network, LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and other tools- depends on your experience.
• Evaluate candidates not only for skills match but also for cultural fit and long-term potential.
• Provide strategic input on recruitment strategy, talent mapping, and market insights.
• Ensure an outstanding candidate experience from first contact to present the best candidates to Billennium.

Requirements:

• Minimum 4-5 years of experience in technical recruitment, ideally with a focus on IT and AI-related projects.
• Proven track record in delivering difficult and niche tech hires across European markets.
• Experience working in a recruitment agency, RPO, or corporate TA environment.
• Strong sourcing and outreach skills you're a natural connector with a wide professional network.
• A sense of urgency and ownership we value professionals who can take full responsibility for the roles they manage.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Fluent English (C1+) both spoken and written. Additional European languages are a plus ( f.ex. german).
